In Counsil
The Petition of Elizabeth Foots of the township of Freidrickburg - Humbly Sheweth - That your Petitioner is the Dafter of Comfort Smith of Freidrickburg U E Loyalist that she is maried to David Foots of the same Place and has never Received any Land or order for Land from the Crown
Wherefore your Petitioner prays that your Excellancy may be Pleast to grant her two hundred acres of the Waste Lands of the Crown and permit Mr John Dutlar of the town of York to be her ajent to Locate the same and take out the Deed when compliant
And as in duty bound will Ever Pray
