John Campbell to John Cameron No. 78
Know all Men by these presents that I John Campbell of the Parish of Saint George, in the County of Charlotte, and Province of New Brunswick, yeoman, for and in consideration of the sum of thirty pounds, lawful money of the Province of New Brunswick, to me, by John Cameron, of the said Parish, the County, and Province aforesaid, yeoman, well and truly paid, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said John Cameron his heirs and assigns, that lot or parcel of land being the southwest corner of my farm lots, and more particularly described as follows, viz commencing and beginning at a brook, inside of the sea wall, and running from the mouth of said brook, Northwest and southeast until it meets the line, betwixt Mrs. Mann and the said John Campbell, thence west until it enters the bay, thence following the water's edge to the first mentioned brook or boundary. To have and to hold, the said land and premises, with the appurtenances unto the said John Cameron, his heirs and assigns, and to his and their only use and behoof forever. And I do for myself my heirs, executors, administrators covenant with the said John Cameron his heirs and assigns that I am seized of the premises, as a good indefeasible estate of Inheritance in fee simple free of and from all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever. And that I have a good right full power and lawful authority, to grant, bargain and sell the same as in manner and form above written. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this twenty-eighth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty-one and in the second year of His Majesty's reign.

Be it remembered that on this twentieth day of September 1821 personally appeared John Campbell the within grantor before me Moses Vernon Esquire, and acknowledged the foregoing Instrument to be his voluntary act and deed given for the purposes therein contained.
