The last Will and Testament of James Davidson of Saint George in the County of Charlotte, Farmer.
1stly I will and bequeath to my daughter Ellen Clinch wife of Patrick Clinch the sum of Twenty pounds payable at the expiration of six months after my decease.
2ndly I will and bequeath to my grandson James Clinch the sum of Twenty pounds payable upon his arriving at the age of twentyone years.
3rdly I will and bequeath to my grandson James Alexander Davidson the sum of Twenty pounds payable upon his arriving at the age of twentyone years.
4thly I will and bequeath to my son James Davidson all the real and personal Estate whereof I shall be possessed or whereunto I shall be entitled at the time of my decease he paying the three several legacies first mentioned which said several legacies are hereby expressly made chargeable upon the said real estate so bequeathed to my said son James.
And I do further will and bequeath to my wife Nancy Davidson a sufficient annual sum for her maintenance to be paid her by my said son during the time of her natural life which I also make chargeable upon the said real estate.
And I appoint my said son James Davidson the Executor for this my last will and testament.
