No 124 Deed Mrs H D Howe to John O'Brien

Know all Men by these Presents; that I Hannah D Howe of the Parish of St George in the County of Charlotte Province of New Brunswick for and in Consideration of One Hundred Dollars to me paid by John O’Brien of St George Aforesaid Blacksmith, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do Grant Bargain and sell unto the said John O’Brien all that certain lot of land situate in the Parish of St George aforesaid bounded as follows. Northerly by the road leading from Magaguadavic to the Red Store Easterly by the lot occupied by John Scott southerly by the River Magaguadavic and westerly by land owned and occupied by Edward Billings and being the same lot that is now held by the said John O’Brien under lease from the late Simeon Howe bearing date the first day of October AD 1850 together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging To Have and To Hold to the said John O’Brien his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of July eighteen hundred and sixty one

Charlotte to Wit - Be it remembered that on the Twenty seventh day of July AD 1861 before me the undersigned One of Her Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for said County Personally Hannah D Howe the grantor in the foregoing Instrument of Conveyance and acknowledged that she freely executed the same and for the purposes therein set forth.
