No 122. Deed H Gillmor L Seelye, H Davidson to H D Howe

This Indenture made the Twelfth day of July AD eighteen hundred and sixty one between Hannah Gillmor Lucretia Seelye and Harriett Davidson of St George New Brunswick of the one part and Hannah D Howe of same place of the other part Witnesseth Whereas Simeon Howe Father of the said Hannah, Lucretia and Harriett and Husband of the said Hannah D Howe died Intestate being seized of certain real property in Saint George aforesaid. And whereas it is the wish of the said Hannah Lucretia and Harriett of the first part in consideration of the Love and affection which they bear for their mother the said Hannah D Howe and in order to provide for her subsistence, to release and convey unto her all their Title and Interest to all every the property both real and personal belonging unto the said Simeon Howe at the time of his death Now Know ye that the said Hannah Gillmor Lucretia Howe, and Harriett Davidson for and in consideration of one dollar and for the reasons before mentioned do hereby grant bargain and sell and forever quit claim unto the said Hannah D Howe her heirs and assigns all their right title & interest to all that certain piece or parcel of Land situate in the Parish of St George aforesaid now in the occupation of John O'Brien and held by him under lease from the said Simeon Howe bearing date the first day of October AD eighteen hundred and fifty together with all and singular the rents profits and privileges to the same belonging and also by this Indenture is conveyed all their right title and Interest both in law and equity to all and any other real property that may have belonged to the said Simeon Howe at the time of his death. To Have and to Hold to the said Hannah D Howe her heirs administrators and assigns forever In Witness whereof we do hereunto set our hands and seals the day and year first above written.

Charlotte to Wit - Be it remembered that on the Twelfth day of July AD 1861 Personally came before me the undersigned one of Her Majestys Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Charlotte aforesaid Hannah Gillmor Lucretia Seelye and Harriett Davidson the within named grantors and acknowledged that they freely executed the foregoing instrument for the purposes therein specified.
